Rules & Regulations:
- 6 on 6 / 4 men & 2 women athletes
- Three Divisions – Competitive, Recreation & NEW Legends Division. Trophies 1st & Cash Prize for Competitive too. jotform
Playoffs will be taking the top 2 teams from each bracket for a 1 game playoff of 15 minute halves [4 fields]. Semi’s will be 20 minute halves [2 fields] and the finals are one game of 25 minute halves. Ties will be college rules for playoffs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to fill out the registration form below, as well as a completed participant agreement/liability form for each member of your team. Participant agreement/liability forms must be completed. NO REGISTRATION IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT at least 10 signed liability forms. Without the complete roster, funds, and liability forms the registration will be returned.
